Marina Hassapopoulou

We’re proud to announce Marina Hassapopoulou is speaking at Qld AI Festival 2026! Marina is an Associate Professor of Cinema Studies at the Martin Scorsese Department of Cinema Studies part of the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University.

Her talk “Ancient Bots Mashup: Six Voices in the Machine” explores how machines have learned to talk to us, and how those conversations shape our understanding of intelligence, identity, and trust.
